The Atlanta Falcons Head coach: Raheem Morris has being fired today as a result for…..
The Atlanta Falcons failed their 2024 season’s opening exam, and the upcoming weeks will only see the schedule grow more difficult. Although the Falcons’ 18-10 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday wasn’t the start supporters were expecting for, there were some positive plays.
With 111 all-purpose yards in Week 1, running back Bijan Robinson was one of the team’s few offensive bright spots. Atlanta’s defense had trouble stopping the run, but they made several huge stops in the second half to win the game. On a fourth-down QB sneak attempt, linebacker Nate Landman made a spectacular play to bring Justin Fields down.
Fields was stopped short of the first down by Landman, who expertly timed the snap and jumped over the line of scrimmage.
