Norman: Tawee Walker had a wild ride throughout his 2023 OU football season.

The former walk-on Sooners running back, who transferred to Wisconsin, finished the previous season with 95 carries for 496 yards and seven touchdowns while committing no turnovers. However, Walker’s role diminished after making his debut in the first part of the season.

Due to what head coach Brent Venables referred to as a “in-house suspension,” Walker was out against UCF and had only five carries in OU’s previous three games.
