Richarlison’s injury to Tottenham against Nottingham Forest is a blow because he is still dealing with a knee issue.

Richarlison’s injury will keep Tottenham from playing at home against Nottingham Forest on Sunday.

To help him regain his full sharpness, Richarlison has been used as a substitute in Tottenham’s last three league games.

The forward will now, though, be granted time off in an effort to speed up his recuperation from a knee injury.

With a game remaining, Tottenham is currently two points behind Aston Villa in fourth place in the Premier League.

With 10 goals in 25 Premier League games this season, Richarlison has contributed significantly.
