Report: The CEO of NASCAR has suspended Ross Chastain and his HMS colleague Alex Bowman following their reported relationship.

After the racing weekend, he was the sole driver to receive a fine. Chase Elliott also seemed to brake-check and tap Daniel Suarez’s side on the cool-down lap after Suarez had turned him on the last lap (ostensibly in retaliation for what Suarez perceived as aggressive treatment during their late-race battle for place).

NASCAR did not incur penalties. Wallace’s impact caused Bowman’s car to lift slightly and collide with the wall; Elliott’s contact seemed less forceful.
