WVLT – PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. The longest zipline in America is set to be constructed, according to the announcement made by Pigeon Forge’s newest mountaintop experience.
WildSide intends to launch “MegaZip,” a new adventure theme park near Pigeon Forge, in 2025.
A sister property of the well-known Anakeesta park in Gatlinburg is called WildSide.
Bryce Bentz, Founding Partner at WildSide, stated, “With this new attraction, we wanted to push the boundaries of adventure and give our guests a unique and unforgettable experience you won’t find anywhere else in the United States.” “We’re thrilled to introduce the United States’ longest continuous zip line, allowing visitors to experience the exhilaration of flight while admiring some of the most breathtaking vistas in the Great Smoky Mountains.”
Starting at a towering elevation of around 2,472 feet, the experience descends to a final level of 1,377 feet.
Perched above our breathtaking mountain ridges with a view of Pigeon Forge, WildSide’s Mega Zip will be located.
