Although Erik Jones and Legacy Motor Club are becoming better every week, the 2024 NASCAR season hasn’t gone well. In the point standings, Jones is ranked 27th, and John Hunter Nemechek is ranked 31st. Although the first season with Toyota hasn’t been easy, things are beginning to improve. Will the No. 43 car’s driver, though, be involved in that development?

Although Jones does not yet have a contract for the 2025 NASCAR season, Bob Pockrass of FOX Sports “thinks” he will remain with Legacy Motor Club. Although Chase Briscoe got the ride, the former Joe Gibbs Racing driver was reported to be the No. 19 Cup car’s replacement for Martin Truex Jr. There aren’t many places for Jones to land in 2025.
