Manager: Pat Murphy says goodbye as he confirmed that this we be he least season at  Milwaukee Brewers due to new contract with…….

On Saturday night, Rhys Hoskins gave the Milwaukee Brewers a 1-0 victory over the Cincinnati Reds with a 405-foot home run in the eighth inning. The Brewers defeated the Reds for the tenth time in a row with this victory, their fifth straight overall.

Reliever Tony Santillan (0-1) delivered a 97 mph fastball that sparked Hoskins’ 20th home run and extended his record-setting hitting streak to 14 games.

Good at-bats “tend to happen when we feel like we can win any game at any point,” according to Hoskins.

Hoskins suffered an ACL tear in his right knee during spring training, which kept him out of action in 2023. In the offseason, he signed a free agent contract with the Brewers.
