Liverpool stunned Wolverhampton Wanderers with two goals in less than three minutes, as Andrew Robertson and Mohamed Salah fired the visitors into control of the match.
The move for the opener started with Salah. The Egyptian forward weaved past three Wolves players before slipping the ball to Curtis Jones, whose pass rolled perfectly into Robertson’s path.
The Scot surged forward again and set up Salah, who calmly finished to double Liverpool’s lead.
The quick-fire double highlighted Robertson’s huge influence on the game, scoring the first and creating the second in a devastating spell that shifted the momentum firmly in Liverpool’s favour.
