WATE: PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. In Pigeon Forge, a new parking rule is set to take effect in time for the next Rod Run auto show next month.

According to Pigeon Forge Police, the legislation that restricts State rights-of-way inside the city limits to the public parking of passenger cars with current and valid registrations only—and not vehicles “depicting any form of advertising”—went into effect on August 27. Henceforth, automobiles bearing “for sale” placards shall be prohibited.
